Personal Training:

You will work with one to one with a dedicated trainer twice a week for eight weeks. We may also require you to complete one or two additional workouts, either at home or in the gym.

Gym Challenge:

Our gym challenge is the most affordable option of our transformation packages. Trainers will be on hand to support you over the 8-week course. You’ll be expected to adhere to the rules of the challenge which will be laid out to you before you begin. Our points system will score you and the top two male and female athletes receiving prizes.
