Liam has been active in sport and fitness his whole life. In 2007 he decided to undertake a career in the fitness industry and since then has not looked back, adding to his qualifications and experience each year, most notably in 2012 when he qualified as a Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
With a background in Personal Training and Sports Massage. Liam has pushed clients beyond what they thought possible but also overcoming old injuries that have previously halted progress.
Having undertaken thousands of 1 – 1 client sessions both in Personal Training and Massage Therapy, he’s experienced in working with an array of clients, each presenting their own objectives and of course restrictions.
His approach of enabling the body to move effectively through functional movements has allowed clients of all abilities and backgrounds to enjoy a broader more satisfying gym experience.
Di has been practicing hatha yoga for 10 years and since her teacher training at WhiteSpace in Milton Keynes, she teaches locally in the Buckingham area to large and small groups on a weekly basis and also holds one to one classes in her home studio and at client homes. Her approach is instinctive and flexible, focussing on the needs of the student with whatever injuries and physical restrictions they have and mindfully coaching them safely to more freedom in the body. She has continually maintained her own development attending courses and workshops to further deepen her knowledge and skills in teaching the different disciplines of yoga such as restorative, yin, chair yoga and vinyasa flow. Her overall aim is to make yoga accessible and available to anyone regardless of fitness level, building more strength and ease in the body with improved calm and clarity of mind. Di believes yoga should be fun and you will find yourself giggling, sighing, and smiling as you learn.!
