Creo Fit

An exciting new class added to our schedule. Perfect for those who wish to increase fitness whilst shredding body fat and toning lean muscle. All abilities are welcome and fitness levels will be catered for. 

 

From start to finish these group sessions will last around 60-minutes. Each session will include a mixture of body weight and core strengthening exercises, light to moderate loads, bounding / plyometric movements and sprint work.

All sessions are lead by a qualified coach who will be able to make sure you are moving safely and effectively. If you’re getting back into fitness, everything is scalable. However, if you’ve been training for a while we can upscale the session to get the intensity you desire.

Creo Fit classes run every Monday and Friday at 06:30 - Spaces are limited so contact us to reserve yours.
