Our mobility courses are aimed at those looking to acquire greater knowledge on how to optimis­­e movements, how to make training more effective and how to reduce the risk of injury.

Our 5 x 30 min package comes with a choice of Personal Training and Small Group sessions. We will breakdown gym based movement such as squats, deadlifts, and overhead movements. We will diagnose and remove restrictions that are affecting your movement by using mobility tools such as lacrosse balls, therabands and barbells. We will then begin to rectify these problem and unleash your potential.
